“I have no idea what I’m doing, and I don’t know where to start.”

Just like with my mental health, I didn’t know where to start. But I knew I had to do something. Warning! I’m a perfectionist, and this is going to be tough for me, as I’m allowing myself this space not to be perfect. Heck, I’ve even tried to prejudge how you would perceive my content and attempted to back out. But my husband reminded me it’s not for me to decide.
